Infodemic Management

April 14, 2022

Using an interactive format, participants will explore how to combat disinformation on social media and explore how to produce and distribute communications to individuals who are late adopters of health behaviors and vaccine confidence. This training will specifically cover the process that CDC uses to assess social listening and other data for the State of Vaccine Confidence Insights Reports and how you can adopt a similar process to inform action. Participants will learn how qualitative thematic analysis can be applied for data triangulation of listening activities, will be able to identify the strengths, weaknesses, and limitations of different data sources, and identify sources of data and methodologies that they can apply to their work.
